Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Most regular‑priced items can be returned within the time windows below if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Refund to original payment: within 14 days of delivery
  • Store credit or exchange: within 30 days of delivery
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Note: Limited drops and select collaboration pieces may have stricter rules; see “Limited Drops & Preorders.”

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or marks.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging (including polybags, dust bags, accessories, and extras) must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If an item is returned used or missing components, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.

Non‑returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items and items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
  • Limited drops and collaboration pieces where the product page states “No returns”
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made‑to‑order items
  • Underwear and socks

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging.
  • Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Approved claims are typically replaced or refunded, including return shipping where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time we process your return. To secure a size quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request authorization: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive instructions: We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item: Use original packaging when possible. Remove or cover prior labels.
  4. Ship it back: Use the provided label or your own trackable service, then share the tracking number.

Do not send items back without RMA approval; unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

Return Shipping Fees

  • United States: Use our prepaid label for a flat $9.95 fee deducted from your refund, or ship with your own carrier at your cost.
  • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties. Original duties/taxes are non‑refundable.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs upon approval.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 additional business days to post the credit.
  • If you paid using a combination of methods, each method will be refunded proportionally.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Limited Drops & Preorders

To preserve the integrity of scarce releases, most limited drops and preorder items are final sale. If a size exchange is permitted, it will be stated on the product page and depends on current stock. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any permitted exchange requests.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account or statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; posting times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there’s often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email [email protected] with your order number.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages that return to us may be refunded minus original shipping and any carrier return fees. We recommend double‑checking your shipping address at checkout.

Holiday & Gift Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year for store credit, provided items meet eligibility requirements.

Return Address

After your RMA is approved, we’ll confirm the correct return address. Do not send returns to our showroom without authorization.
