United States Shipping
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET process next business day.
- Standard (Ground): 3–7 business days. Flat $7.95 or FREE on orders $150+.
- Expedited (2-Day): 2 business days. From $19.95 (rates shown at checkout).
- Next Day: 1 business day. From $34.95 (order by 12:00 PM ET).
- Carriers: UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on destination and speed.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: Ship via USPS only. Some services may be unavailable.
Note: Transit times exclude processing time and may extend during holidays or severe weather.
International Shipping
- Canada: 3–8 business days. From $14.95 CAD equivalent (calculated at checkout).
- Worldwide: 5–14 business days via DHL/UPS Worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
- Duties & Taxes: Most international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
- Customs Delays: We cannot expedite or control customs inspections. Please allow additional time.
- Refused/Unclaimed Parcels: Shipping fees, duties, and return costs are non-refundable.
We do not ship to embargoed destinations or where carrier service is not available.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Cutoff time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET are prioritized the same business day.
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.
- Pre-order & Backorder items: Ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. Orders with pre-order items may ship together when all items become available.
- Split Shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra cost to speed up delivery.
- Address Changes: Contact support immediately. We can’t reroute packages once they are in transit.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking email: Sent when your order ships. Please check spam/promotions folders.
- Signature: Required on high-value orders at our discretion for your protection.
- Delivery issues: If your package shows delivered but can’t be found, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/front desk before contacting us.
- Stolen/Missing: File a claim with the carrier and contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Damaged on arrival: Photograph the packaging and item, and contact support within 48 hours.
Important Policies
- Sales tax: Collected where required by law. International customers may owe VAT/GST and duties upon delivery.
- Undeliverable returns: Shipping charges and return-to-sender fees are non-refundable.
- Freight forwarders: Orders shipped to freight forwarders are at the customer’s risk for loss, damage, or customs seizure.
- Holiday peaks: Please allow extra time during major releases, holidays, and severe weather events.
- Packaging: We use recyclable mailers and right-sized cartons where possible.

Yes. US orders $150+ ship free via standard ground. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
International shipments typically ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local customs office may charge duties/VAT upon import. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
